Refund policy

Silks and Stems endeavor to create something you will want to keep forever, however, if for any reason you need to return your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt using the contact us page.

All purchases must me returned in perfect condition in the original packaging, securely in place to prevent damage during transit.

We recommend you use the insured registered and tracked postage to protect yourself should your goods get mislaid by your courier of choice.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bespoke items.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less the original postage within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
